Die Sieben vom Vertrieb

The work was made for Klaus Faber AG. Casts of seven employees form a body inside which ceramic flutes are set. To unfold its full sound, the flutes have to be played at the same time by several people standing around the outside of the sculpture. In this way the work takes up group dynamics and human togetherness — in the circumstances of its making as much as in its encounter with those who meet it.
